Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’ option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.
Thanks for purchasing our products at shopbhoomi operated by Soul Discovery. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact us.
We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day. If ordering during a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated. For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business day to each shipping method’s expected delivery time.

We use all organic vegan products grown in the best of conditions, which automatically reduces the possibility of any allergic skin reactions. However, a skin patch test is recommended before use.
Our candles are made with pure cotton wicks that are smokeless.
When you open the lid, make sure to remove the herbs and crystals from the candle (which you can use in your meditations later or carry with yourself) and then burn the candle.
No, these special oil blends are made to be used topically (directly on the skin) or you can anoint candles and other objects with these oils.
